Disappointing to say the least

signed up for a fibre installation which had a 7 day installation lead time. It was for a house that i rent out. After a series of events, one of them being mweb sending the hardware to my home address and not the installation address 1000 km apart, another being the fact that although mweb indicated that the specific address was covered and fibre ready turned out to not be the case. The installation ended taking almost a month to complete and in the interim i had to decline people wanting to rent, reulting in loss of income. Mweb’s response to that was “we are sorry” :( if you need a service provider use someone else.
