Disappointing service and lack of timely resolution mweb.

I am writing on behalf of my father Vincent Theunissen. Mweb doesn't even deserve this one star...

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Mweb's customer service. When there weren't sufficient funds in my account for the debit on the 1st, I called on the 2nd to initiate the debit payment, only to be transferred between departments. Shockingly, they claimed my current service was canceled and started a new product without my consent. Discontinuing their service was equally exasperating as I was told they cannot cancel it immediately, it will be processed within 48 hours because a ticket needs logged. 48 hours later, we are still waiting on our service to be canceled, and our address has still not been released. We therefore, cannot sign up with another service provider, so we are without wifi and my livelihood depends on the wifi connection. Disappointing service and lack of timely resolution.
