Disappointing service

I am very dissatisfied with the service I have been receiving from mweb. I have been waiting for my fiber installation for two months now, after moving into a new complex in February, I was told that I would have to wait till month end to be connected because the previous tenant who lived in the unit had not been disconnected. 28th of February came and I was then told that the tenant had not cancelled their subscription so I’d have to wait even longer. The most frustrating thing is that all of this is being made my problem, I am now suffering for a person I don’t even know. I was told that someone would give me a call with an update, but no one has done that. I am highly disappointed, because you come highly recommended. I have used your service before and had no problems. I will be going into the 3rd month now without any connection, it’s really disappointing
