Disappointing service

Moved to a new place on the 1st of April 2024, I have since been dragged back and forth between Mweb and Vumatel. My account debited on top of no connection, a month and going on to the 2nd one without WIFI connection. Pathetic service and when I get hold of vumatel, they tell me to contact ISP which is Mweb. My emails are not rep**** to and phone calls results in another ticket number which is not attended to.
