Disappointing

Extremely poor service. It took an entire month just to have my fiber installed. Although the installation was completed on the 8th of July, the connection been off since the 18th. Now, it's the 28th and I’m once again without a connection—yet I’m still being charged for a service I can’t even use. Very disappointing experience.
