Disappointing customer service

Absolutely disgusted with your customer service. We've had issues since June last year that your company has not been able to explain or resolve, and we have since decided to cancel our subscription. We have been trying to cancel for almost a month now and every time we are put through to the cancellation department, the phone is put down on us. The amount of money we have wasted on call fees alone to your company is ridiculous, never mind the service we are paying for that does not work as it should. Highly disappointed and frustrated!!
