DISAPPOINTED WITH MWEB INTERNET SERVICES

Over the past several weeks my internet speed has dropped consistently. I pay for a 25/25 service, but using a speed test this afternoon, my download speed is 3.58 and my upload speed 0.65 Mbps. Mweb, like so many other big Corporations, have made it impossible to call them, or to email them with a complaint. All you have access to is insipid FAQs that are worthless. That leaves only one option, complain in public and look for another service provider.
