Disappointed to say the least

I app**** and placed my order on 2 December 2024 after being forced to download the app as no one answered phones and was on the call for 20 minutes. I got messages every 3 days stating installation will be done. My installation hasn't been done waited a whole week took leave and the. installer decided to come the day I went to work. Yesterday the installer wants me to get order numbers because their systems are down. I gave the order number and he doesn't get back to me. I messaged him earlier to find out if he is foing to do the installation today and no response. I've been an Mweb client for years and have never had such bad service than now. I think I should rather take my business elsewhere where I'll receive seevice
