Disappointed my brand new Internet does not connect since installed

I got brand new Internet installed 7 days ago and my Internet has never worked. The WiFi symbol on my phone for zytel says login and I login to mweb and then nothing happens?

I need Internet urgently. When I call mweb I get the number 10 in the line and then mweb puts the phone on.. the technician that installed my Internet is neither willing to help.
