Disappointed Mweb client

The service has been really bad the last few years. We dont get all our emails, they end up in junk folder but Mweb can't help. I have been trying to cancel our domain with them to tranfer it to another provider but have been unsuccessful because they need to cancel and accept our ticket. I have been on the phone for hours. Each time I get transferred to Cancellations the call gets dropped and when I phone directly they never answer. I am fed up. This is the reason why we want to move but they are so pathetic to even help with that. Definitely not a happy client.
