Disappointed in Service and Incompetence

I have been a customer since 2024. All payments up to date and never an issue until last week, getting a threat for my services to be cut then an apology that this was an error and all is in order and paid and now getting accusations that payment wasn't made with threats again. No use asking support or sales as they send you to Billing which doesn't assist at all. There doesn't seem to be a way to speak to management either as they insist the client portals which can't help. This kind of service and customer care is going to lose you customers
