Disappointed in Mweb’s service

Extremely disappointed in Mweb . Contact centre holding time is 40 min to an hour just to get through to someone sometimes the line drops when you in line , tickets are logged no one will contact ,email you for feedback they’ll take you from pillar to post is like you dealing with a government agency.

I still don’t have internet no one knows why . They’ll tell you the ticket is assigned to someone and we’ve put it as urgent but two weeks later there’s no feedback for the urgent ticket
