Disappointed

If I could give them a no star, I would. I filled out a application weeks ago as I was changing premises and till now I have already moved in and still not internet. Whenever I call them Im told something new and what actually sucks is I dont want to get another service provider because I actually liked Mweb. They are very useless and of no help whatsoever. I have been holding for the past 20 mins to do a followup
