Disappointed customer regarding poor services.

Hi. I'm very disappointed with the service I received from mweb concerning my fibre installation. I app**** last year and all I keep getting from them is octotel is the hold up. If they can't handle the issue why deal with *********** people like Octotel. Mweb phoned me after I contacted them several times, only to tell me someone else will be in touch. It's been more than a month, so how much longer do I have to wait. My Adsl with mweb was great for the past few years, so why is Fibre a problem for me. No one can answer and sort it out. I feel like ripping out the underground cables the *********** Octotel came to install. I'm really fed up with these ******** and *********** people. I'm also going to cancel all my business with mweb because of the poor service and results I have received thus far. I definitely won't recommend them to anyone anymore.
