DISAPPOINTED CLIENT

The most *********** & rude people I've had to deal with. I made a call on Wednesday the 30th of April for the moving of my fiber from one flat to another (Same Complex). The guy sent me an email address to send an email to, I used that email and has been failing since Wednesday. I called today and the 1st lady I spoke to tried sending an email and confirmed the same error (failure of sending email due to full mailbox). She transferred me to some guy who was so rude and kept interrogating & showing no interest to help. I am so disappointed especially because I am a client that just needed help not for him to try and prove his "cleverness compared to the people I first spoke to"
