Disappointed

I am so dissatisfied and disappointed by the service I have received from Mweb. Such a huge trusted company with sun-par agents who are *********** and refuse to do their job.

I’m yet awaiting an order for my router that they had told me would take 72hrs. It’s day 6 now. And the agent who had assisted me via chat (Azziz) had the nerve to tell me that the delivery is free when MWEB has deducted their prorated fee and actives the services without me being connected.
