Disappointed by Mweb

I am really disappointed that there is nobody working over weekends to sort out our query.. having to go all weekend without connection.. no netflix, no kids entertainment.. please step up mweb..? At least one person who is able to make a decision..? Back office controller..? Manager..? Anybody..?
