DISAPPOINTED AND IRATE

I have been calling for numerous days to get assistance with moving home. But I've been kept on hold for hours on end. I'm a remote worker and my fibre being set up in my new residence is crucial for my job. This is not what I expected when I signed up sign MWEB. I was told by a different department to call back at 8am which I have been doing and I've been on hold numerous times.. One person answered. Kept absolutely silent and dropped the call after I kept saying hello
