Disappointed
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I have been offline since Monday and have called multiple times requesting that someone come and fix the problem, but no one has shown up. I will never use this internet service provider again. I was with Rain for over five years and did not experience a single outage during that entire period. The difference in service quality is remarkable. if i could put a zero star. Pathetic ****bags
