Disappointed

I was dealing with a sales advisor named Jody. I think his main aim was just to make the sale to earn his commission. I have received no communication from him since we spoke almost a month ago. No after sales service what so ever. When you try calling the call centre, you can never get through to them, I was placed on hold for almost 1 hour. Definitely not a service I would recommend to anyone. Disappointing!
