Disappointed

I have been trying for the longest time to get Mweb to contact me so that they can replace my details with my mothers but for some reason they can’t do that after the details was giving nothing came from it sitting for months now with out internet cause nobody at Mweb can load my details and when you get to a operator you have to explain the same story over and over again it’s frustrating … the worst part of it all is that after speaking to a guy from the Mweb support department , I was informed that he could see on his computer that there was no connection and prior to that I was informed last week that it will take 48 hours to have my internet sorted today is Tuesday and I’m still waiting , one can just ask put yourself in the next person shoes
