Digusted service

I am a very discussed almost customer to mweb. Their service is horrible they debited my account without recieving anything at all! I did a cancelation about a week ago and I must call them for a refund that is still not done. They didn't bother to call me and inform me what's happening. I am glad I cancelled and never take out a contract with them
