Didn't Mweb plan this transaction from cell C to Telkom? ?????

I am sick and tired of Mweb and it's call centre agents!!!!!!!.I agreed to the switch and got the Telkom sim card on Friday and I'm still WAITING for it to be activated till now. The person I spoke to said it will be active before end of business today and I'm still WAITING. What is so difficult with cancelling the old product and activating a new one? Didnt Mweb plan this transition? ???
