Did not log my move request and therfore I want for two weeks

I log a move request on the 19 April 2023. They never come back to me and thefore I must phone in all the time and wait more the 40 min for someone to assist. I find out that they never finish the application. Now I still wait for them to activate my account and line. This is not service at all. I can not use my internet but must pay for it
