Devious and misleading conduct by MWeb

MWeb is so useless that there is NO word in the dictionary to describe them. In fact "Useless" flatters them. We have been struggling with them to get a connection to fibre which has been a disaster from day one. They are clearly trying to play in a field that they know NOTHING about. We have now been waiting for over two onths and two Hellopeter complaints to get the matter resolved. We were promised a new and DIFFERENT rooter to replace the old cheap Chinese ******* that they expect customers to be satisfied with. The delivery was then incorrectly done to an address in Durban where we have NEVER lived. Today the new supposedly better and bigger rooter finally arrives and guess what? The same cheap useless Chinese *******!!!!!!! Every time we have to go through a call center- by now one should expect to have a direct number for the CEO. Or is he juyst as devious as all his staff? PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MWEB. They are misleading the public and think that they will get away with it. Think again. You are now being reported to the customer complaints commission.
