Desperately trying to get hold of Mweb

I have tried numerous times to get hold of Mweb to query my account. And my online query remains unanswered and the call centre number rings until I eventually give up (have tried twice today again). I also can't log on to "My Account" but cannot address this if I can't speak to an agent. Immensely frustrated and questioning the commitment to client service of Mweb.
