Deplorable service from Mweb

Mweb's current service levels are beyond deplorable! I have been a customer with them ever since they went into business and it seems like loyalty means absolutely nothing to them. I often read complaints about telkom while i myself was with telkom for the last 6 years but kept my email service and hosting with mweb. Telkom never dissapointed when it came to resolve technical issues to say the least. since i moved to mweb 2 months ago i have not but problems. The voip department has to be the worst! they never answer the calls after holding on for days on end and when they do answer the call will 8 out of 10 times drop. i have been complaining about the voips service not working for the past few weeks and nothing has been done to date. They keep calling to say the engineers say everything is fine yet when they do the tests with me they end up eating their words and apologizing and again saying they will refer the matter to the engineers again. to date no resolution! all the calls on my gigaset has one way audio and the same applies to all the voip apps they have asked me to use. I am beyond livid and am at a point where im most likely going to cancel my services with them and move on to a provider that has better customer service and can actually provide a service.
