Delivery and Rica

I recently ordered a LTE service im on holiday when they phoned i only have a drivers licence as proof for Rica on delivery my ID book is 7hours drive from my holiday flat i was told they need my id book and the matter will be escalated CCD Couriers i was never contacted back again PLEASE CANCEL THE LTE CONTRACT ***4 don't phone me its not negotiable
