I’ve signed up with vuma and my ISP is Mweb,when I was due to renew vuma didn’t debited and I made the payment to the Mweb account since nobody explained to me as a client that I mustn’t pay direct to Mweb account

I called in at Mweb and I spoke to the lady by the name of Savallen and she explained to me that I was not supposed to pay to the Mweb account,instead she gave me the email address Where I’m supposed to send the email with my proof of payment and my proof of my banking details for the refund.

I’ve done so but I got a response from Mweb that they’ve got a pile volume of emails and I’m not supposed to use that email adress instead I should log into my account and they said my proof of payment is is a duplicate and it’s not the duplicate,,I must say they’re service is horrible I regret being part of them,I will never recommend them to my family,colleagues and friends.

All I want from them is the refund.
