Deleted my fully paid up work email account and can't correct their mistake

MWEB incorrectly DELETED my fully paid up and subscribed work email address which has crippled my business for two days without them being able to fix their mistake. I have been pushed from pillar to post, from Technical Support to Accounts, backwards and forwards, each insisting that the other is the only department that can assist me, but of course neither of them does actually do the job. The have merely "escalated" my query numerous times. Each agent to whom I have spoken has been very quick to pass the buck to another department—utter incompetence with no concern for the harm and stress their error has caused.
