Delayed and pathetic

Just received our monthly statement with an additional R540 charged. Upon checking the detail, found that it was for a telkom technician call out 6 months ago, and on top of that, the technician said we would not be charged because the fault was with Mweb themselves. This is pathetic that they now debit our account for something that was not our fault and 6 months later???? What are you playing at Mweb ?
