Degraded service.

Been with Mweb for years and years! Never had any issues, good costumer service. Lately my internet speed as gone down te toilet and they pretty much told me there is noting they can do about it. But I am still paying for full speed, even though I am getting sluggish unreliable internet.

Just like most other ISPs they don't offer anything slower than 50Mbps up and 50Mbps down Fiber - this forces you to spend more money than is needed if you want Fiber. I have no choice as my ADSL is messed up and unusable most of the time. I don't need 50/50 fiber- if the infrastructure can handle 50Mbps and faster then surely it can handle lower speeds, so why not offer us cheaper more affordable packages with lower speeds? All I can see is greed and a the desire to milk us for as much money as possible. This is a 3rd world country with a credit rating of JUNK, not everyone is rolling in te money.
