Definitely WOULD NOT recommend Mweb as an ISP

So, I’ve been with Mweb for some time now. And little did I know I was paying for a 100MB link, while I was all the while running on a 50MB link. I sent numerous mails to Mweb explaining to them. Added to that I’ve had a number of phone calls as well explaining my dilemma. I mean seriously how hard is it to understand that I’m being billed for something I do not have. Trust me it took a miracle and a prayer to get the message through………but sadly I’m still on my 50MB link paying for a 100MB link. Even being on a so called 50MB link, I’ve never experienced it (let alone 100MB what a laugh). I’ve attached numerous screenshots of me running single digit speeds but guess what……..nothing has changed. I queried going over to a new ISP after my 2 year contract period with Mweb. I was then told by an Mweb agent that for me to do so, I need to pay a R1200 penalty fee as my contract auto renewed. To be honest when I started with Mweb they were great but now………to be blunt they suck. I would not recommend Mweb to a stone.
