Definitely would NOT recommend

Honest to God, I don’t know why I’m still with Mweb. Moved house. In preparation, I contacted them on the 6 Oct already to find out what exactly needs to be done to ensure that our internet is working. Have done everything they said so far, but no, every time it’s something new. Four days in the new house - still no internet. Between Mweb and FrogFoot I now have to jump through hoops to get what I’m paying for. Quite frankly it has been quicker and easier to buy and sell the two houses! Meanwhile, I have to buy data to get my work done! FML. Would not recommend. Looking for a new ISP.
