Deeply Dissapointed

I have never been so disappointed in Mweb. Don't understand why is connection taking over 2 weeks, frustration is an understatement. Spending over 30 min everyday just to call them to assist. How about fetching your stuff and I will not pay installation as I did not signed up to be taken for a Fool like this. I spend more money on calling you! You claim you work till 8:00 pm, what a joke!!!! After being years with them, so moving to another service provider!!!
