DEBITED MY ACCOUNT! STILL NO INTERNET

Ive signed up with LTE router with 180gig + 180gig. My router has been plugged in for 4 days with no internet they have debited my account twice before i even received the hardware. I called in and they said all will be active within 24hours. Its been 85hours!!!!! Now!
