Debit Order Cancellation Problems.

We Cannot get them to cease putting through a debit order for a service we requested them to cancel. Each time they change the amount to sneak the debit order through our bank necessitating us having to process debit order cancellation forms with our bank every month to get theses funds reversed. This is daylight *******!!
