Dear Mweb i have bee...
Dear Mweb i have been waiting for my refund from the 4th of April and its the 11th of April today and i have not received my R2732 instead today the 11th April 2026 i noticed that they took 900 and some change for a debit that's only due on the 1st of next month which is May on the same amount they supposed to refund me from....I've been trying to reach out to the billing department via live chat but I've been holding for 24 hours now with no luck of the agents responding....
