Deafening silence from Mweb

Disappointing - but not unexpected. No response from MWeb to the complaint I posted here and on social media nine days ago. My upgraded service suddenly started working though, so it may be someone at MWeb was paying attention. My guess it it was just sheer coincidence. I'm still waiting to hear from anyone to see if I'm satisfied with the new service and for someone to deliver my new modem....
