Days Later, Still Not Activated. Disappointed.

Our previous ISP promptly canceled us at midnight on Saturday the 30th April. It is now Friday evening, the 6th May. Mweb has still not activated our account. Their customer service is shocking. I would not recommend mweb if they were the last ISP on earth.

We have now had to spend a fortune on mobile data to keep up afloat so that we could continue to work from home and we have to sign up with yet another ISP because mweb are next to useless. Really sorry we considered them at all.
