My invoice for uncapped Fibre 10mbps was increased from R669 to R729 without any notice. That's 10% increase without any notice and I signed up for a 12month contract. We are bound to a contract yet Mweb is not bound to the original agreement/price for the contract period. Yet the packages are still advertised for R669 on the Mweb website. Loyal customers must pay more while new customers save. Unacceptable! Choose wisely before you get *****ed over people!
