Data simcard and after service

I have taken out a data package simcard with Mweb, when I want to use it, it shwos that this simcard is not activated on a network, when I contact them on the 11th of January 2023, is showed that the simcard is active, but when we checked if the ICCID is the same, then we noticed it is not the same as what I have and what was registered on their side. Once again I must now phone them to try and find out what is the problem as these guys do not get back to me with a solution moving forward.
