I have recently signed up with LTE package from mweb. I have logged numerous queries on their website and yet no one has ever bothered to call me regarding my issue but when i log in to my account it shows the query has been resolved? How can you resolve a query without speaking to the client and explaining things??

I have had a look into your account and I see that you have been contacted and they explained the usage and streaming services that use data quickly.
They also explained that you can reduce the quality on streaming services to reduce the usage.
