Despite having queried data usage (CellC I through Mweb), no satisfactory answers on what certain listed items are. For example, Default charge ServiceID, Huawei Device, Facebook Promotion. These unexplained items (and charges) pushed usage over the bundle package, for which one is charged around R400 per GB (seems a bit exorbitant to me). An of course, despite several phones calls and emails, detailing queries, no response from MWeb or CellC. Though Mweb has no problem suspending my email addresses (though account for these up to date) despite being a customer for over 20 years. Suggest CellC and MWeb not be used...
