Damn ******s!!
I've such a terrible experience with Mweb and how they are billing my account. I feel ****** and feel like crying as I'm typing this. It's unfair what you are doing to us as your customers. You are unreachable on the phone and on chats. Its a nighmare. Was on a call with one of the billing agents after waiting 20 min and the call dropped on his end. You guys have our contact details, why could he not call me back to assist. I'm so hurt. Please cancel my subscription I cannot do this anymore.
