Damage to Property during fiber installation

Mweb subcontractor come to pull fiber cables into the house. While they were busy installing cables, the ceiling got damaged. They attempted to patch the ceiling, but the damage is enormous, and it is not their expertise. The damage it's an eye sore. I don't know how to report this matter to Mweb. I need the ceiling properly repaired.
