Damage to property
Very disappointing that when your team attended to the issue at our place, broke our main mirror in the lounge, technician(Oscar) left no documentation or any reference for my wife to log issue. I've since then, use your online platform twice and spoken to 1 person over the phone, which in all 3 instances told me that someone would be in touch with me, to date, noone has contacted me. I've sent photos of damage twice. How long is this going to take to be resolved?

13 Apr 2026, 10:23 Good morning, Shaun,
We understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation must be, especially after the damage reported during the technician visit and the lack of follow-up despite multiple attempts to log the issue and share supporting photos. This is understandably concerning, particularly when you’ve been waiting for feedback without resolution.
The issue has been relogged under ticket reference MWB***9. Our team that follows up on Openserve faults will be reviewing the case and engaging Openserve directly regarding the matter. The request will be closely monitored, and updates will be shared with you via SMS as progress is made.
If you need any further assistance in the meantime, please send a direct message on Hello Peter with your details, and the team will be happy to help.
Kind regards,
The Mweb Team
