Damage to property

I am an existing client of Mweb, a few weeks ago i opted to change from Frogfoot to Octotel,

The Octotel gentleman came to my house to install the new fibre, they ended up damaging my roof (The one guy's leg went through the roof) they subsequently did a patch job to repair it and got a contractor out a few days later.

The contractor they got out did a "patch work job" and i am now dealing with more damage to my property after the rains, my roof has a puddle of water in it, my wedding photos have been destroyed and water is coming from my walls (As they never water proofed the roof where he fell through)

I have logged a complaint with Mweb two weeks ago, i have had to call in every day with no feedback. We have more rains this week and my property is going to get damaged further,
