DAMAGE TO DRIVEWAY PAVING - FIBRE INSTALLATION

On 30/08/2017 Mweb did the fibre installation. Many of the bricks that they laid are broken and are not evenly laid with the rest of the bricks in the driveway. I communicated this to Xhanti Christian Gum Internet Agent (Fibre) at Mweb via e-mail. He then called me and said that he would get onto it immediately. As of today 05 October 2017 nothing has been done to fix the driveway. It would appear that once the installation is done the customer is conveniently forgotten about. Closing the deal is the number one priority.
