MWEB and its mother company Internet Solutions Digital (Pty) Ltd. are blatant ******* *****ing money from their customers with false advertising, *********** business owners and processes, uneducated staff members, unusable technology and being totally incapable of any common sense - not even whispering the word running a business. They are the personification of the worst of the worst that South Africa has to offer. NOTHING I have tried for the past seven weeks - obviously after two payments were made - materialized in either the product or the service being delivered. You are a pathetic excuse for a company and an absolute disgrace. NO customer service "agents or channels" work, telephones calls are disconnected, discrepancies in processes are given - if you are given one in a million chance to actually speak to a customer service agent. DON'T ever use MWEB for internet solutions. Internet Solutions Digital (Pty) Ltd. you are the mother company and you do nothing to rectify this useless limb of your body. Cut it off! Internet Solutions is wholly owned by Dimension Data, so Dimension Data, you are equally guilty of all these FACTS!
